JSD701 is a 100% solids aromatic polyurea elastomer produced by the reaction of an isocyanate component with an amine compound component. It requires professional polyurea equipment for spray application. Due to its excellent waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and good abrasion resistance, this product is widely used in industrial and commercial corrosion protection and waterproofing applications.

施工基层处理 Substrate Preparation for Construction

金属表面
建议喷砂除锈，达到ISO8501-1或GB8923标准的Sa2.5级。

混凝土表面
达到坚固、密实、平整、干净、干燥状态。不应有起砂、起壳、裂缝、蜂窝麻面等现象。通常需要用腻子修补。

木材表面
干净，干燥没有毛刺碎片和松散的碎片

Metal Surfaces
Sandblasting is recommended for rust removal, achieving Sa2.5 grade per ISO 8501-1 or GB 8923 standards.

Concrete Surfaces
Surfaces must be sound, dense, level, clean, and dry. No sanding, peeling, cracks, honeycombing, or pitting should be present. Typically requires patching with putty.

Wood Surfaces
Surfaces must be clean, dry, free of burrs, splinters, and loose fragments.

产品使用前，应对B组份进行充分搅拌，从而使颜料混合均匀。否则产品的质量将受到影响。

若施工基材涂有底涂，请在合适的时间范围内喷涂聚脲。

关于公司聚脲专用底涂料具体使用方法及覆涂间隔请参考JSD公司其他产品说明书。

公司要求客户在正式喷涂前，在喷涂现场试喷涂一块区域，以确保产品混合比例、颜色及喷涂效果是否正确和理想。关于JSD701具体使用操作请参阅我公司《JSD喷涂聚脲系列产品施工说明》

Before using the product, thoroughly mix Component B to ensure even pigment dispersion. Failure to do so may compromise product quality.

If the substrate has been primed, apply the polyurea within the appropriate time window.

For specific application methods and recoat intervals of our company's polyurea primer, refer to other JSD product manuals.

The company requires customers to conduct a test spray on a small area at the application site before formal spraying to ensure the mixing ratio, color, and spray effect are correct and satisfactory.
